Sperm Whale
I met this Sperm whale in French Polynesia, Moorea, in September 2023. I would have never imagined being lucky enough to see a Sperm whale in French Polynesia! It's very rare to see one over there, particularly because they usually never come close to the islands and dive deep. But we found a group of sperm whales one morning, we tried to swim with them without success, then a bit later we found that lonely Sperm Whale who just dived in front of us, such an incredible experience I will never forget!
